Soft alpaca fur and a "hug"able pillow-like body make for one of the most unique collectible bears ever! Our classic Paca Bears are made from real alpaca pelts. ALL of our Paca Bear friends are covered with 100% "baby" alpaca "guilt-free" fur. ("Baby" refers to the fineness of the fibers, rather than the age of the alpaca; "Baby" is the softest!) That means that no alpacas were harmed to make your new companion. We are showing our VT-Virginia Tech Paca Bear. However, you may choose a pattern from below or opt for our "Bare Essentials" Paca Bear, which has no bandana at all. Alpaca fur does not contain lanolin, nor does the fiber have scales, which can trap dirt or debris. This means that alpaca fur stays cleaner longer.
